Welcome to MyFitnessGoal.org

I have long searched for ways to challenge myself and push the limits of my abilities. I have always loved to learn and experience new things, expand my mind and the capabilities of my body, and I have realized that one of the best ways to motivate myself to these ends is to share my goals with others.

Training Again, New Goals

I have decided to return to MyFitnessGoal.org to continue the story of my training and development as a focused, well-rounded athlete. Since the crash and my subsequent internment to the sofa, I have languished a bit in my fitness. The white line is not just for decoration.

Road to Recovery

I am feeling immensely better, a little better every day actually, but there is definitely some stiffness, a little pain, and a good amount of atrophy. At this rate my left arm is going to be about the size of a bread stick by the time I'm ready to start training again. I'm going to need to find a round pool, since by the time I get in there I'll probably be swimming a constant circle to the left.
